Carly Stone is a freelance videographer based in Southern California. From a young age she has always been behind the camera, between creating award-winning short films for student film festivals, learning from the best in the industry and gaining firsthand experience in the business; Carly has been honing her craft for over a decade. Visual storytelling is a powerful art form and her passion is telling stories and capturing people doing what they do best. She has had many mentors over the years as well as the unique opportunity to be a video apprentice at Rip Curl. From there her career skyrocketed and she started working as a videographer surf competitions, a variety of fitness and surf brands, musicians, and others. Some clients include: USA Surfing, Bounce Society Fitness, Hurley, Surf Soccer, California Pacific Charter Schools, Manuel The Band, Justin Krumb, Justin Jung, Taylor Knox and Tia Blanco. She also spent two years working as a video editor and assistant camera operator for production company Alani Media; while there she worked on projects for Alo Yoga, Speedo, Lulus, California Closets and more.
